Smoking. Lying awake. Freezing in interviews. Snapping at someone before you've even decided to.
Anything repeated often enough becomes an automated reflex. Your hand reaches for your phone or your chest tightens before you even have time to think.
By the time you notice, the reaction is already running. That is why willpower always arrives late.
Think of driving a familiar route and getting home without tracking every turn. Your attention narrows onto one thing, and the background noise drops away.
A clinical session uses that exact natural state. You describe the outcome you want in your own words, and we aim your focused attention toward building a calmer automatic response.
Part of the job is getting you to notice the old response earlier, while you still have space to choose a different one.
If you would rather hear it than read it, this is me explaining what a session is like.
Three boundaries keep every session grounded, transparent, and collaborative.
Hypnosis is not sleep or unconsciousness. You hear every word spoken, remain aware of your surroundings, and can pause, speak, or open your eyes at any point.
There are no scripted formulas or foreign suggestions imposed on you. Before we begin, you describe the exact outcome you want in your own language, and we use your phrasing throughout.
The goal is independent self-regulation, not ongoing reliance. Every technique we run is designed for you to practice and use on your own.
Patterns where your conscious mind understands the situation, but your automatic reflex runs anyway.
